Barre3 Workout Class

If you are under 17, please be sure to have a parent or guardian sign the waiver (HERE) beforehand

Our studio room holds up to 28 people.

We will offer a barre3 Signature 45 class—a total-body workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. The class accommodates all fitness levels. Attendees will take class barefoot or in grip socks.

Please note that attendees age 14-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and attendees aged 16-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver permitting their attendance, FYI.

Anyone wanting to book our play lounge during the class will need to do so through our Website http://www.barre3.com/studio-locations/north-shore-bannockburn - childcare costs $8.
